Life Center of Davidson County invites community members to attend its first
ever Roast and Toast fundraising event this Saturday. Tickets for the event are $75 apiece, and the
roast will be held at the Life Center. The
guest of honor and “roastee” for the fundraiser is prominent member of the
community and former United Way of Davidson County President Lee Jessup. Nina Smith, fundraising coordinator for the
Life Center, said that Jessup’s commitment to nonprofits in Davidson County and
