Take Flight for our Children Fundraising Event

Hagerstown, MD - With a caterer setting up the meal at one end and silent auction items on display at the other, the Hagerstown Regional Airport terminal was transformed for Saturday's Take Flight for our Children.  It was the third year for the Children in Need fundraiser, and it kicked off the group's 20th-anniversary celebration.  Hagerstown-based Children in Need provides basic items, from clothes to school supplies, for Washington County youths. Any child enrolled in the federally funded free and reduced-price meal program at school is eligible to receive items from the organization.  www.fundraising-ideas.org
