Palm Springs, CA - AIDS
Assistance Program supporters and many of their guests were literally dancing
in the aisles when a record crowd of 425 discerning dance fans turned out for
the third annual Dance For Life event. The evening began with a champagne
reception in the sculpture garden of the Palm Springs Art Museum, catered by
Spencer’s and followed by the Dance For Life performance in the museum’s
Annenberg Theater.
Hosted by
Mark Walberg of the TV show “Antiques
Roadshow”, this year’s highly anticipated encore performance featured a
spectrum of dance genres from contemporary jazz to classical ballet and
avant-garde modern to technical Broadway.
