Aiken, SC - The SPCA Albrecht Center for Animal Welfare held its third
annual SPAYghetti Dinner on Tuesday in coordination with World Spay Day. World Spay Day puts a spotlight on the power
of affordable and accessible spay/neutering for cats and dogs, according to the
Humane Society. The SPAYghetti Dinner
served up big helpings of spaghetti for $8 a head, and also included a salad,
