WV - The community fundraiser
“Hooverpalooza” comes to the University of Charleston’s Laidley Field from Saturday
to benefit the Herbert Hoover “Huskies” High School athletic teams, music and
student organizations recovering from severe damage to the school from this
summer’s flooding. The event features music by the Audio Outlaws, Joe Hunt
Project, Mikele Buck (pictured), The Needful Things, Vandal Band and other
acts. A silent auction will include autographed sports memorabilia, West
Virginia University and Marshall sporting event tickets, travel destinations,
gift certificates, theme baskets and more.
