1700 Women Walk Thru The Night at Fundraising Event

Devon, England - 1,700 women walked through the night tackling routes of between three and 13.1miles to raise money for a Devon hospice.  The women set off from the Piazza, Armada Way, Plymouth for the annual midnight fundraising walk raising money for St Lukes in Turnchapel. There were two choices of route, with three possible distances, and the ladies either enjoyed a boat cruise from Plymouth Boat Trips, which ferried them across the water from Queen Anne's Battery to the historic Barbican Quarter of Sutton Harbour, or a bus provided by Plymouth City Bus, taking ladies through the Barbican.  www.fundraising-ideas.org
