Sioux Falls, SD - Hot
Harley Nights raised more than $170,000 for Make-A-Wish South Dakota. The money
will be used to grant wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses
throughout the state of South Dakota. Since it began 19 years ago, Hot Harley
Nights has donated more than $2 million to the non-profit. More than 1,200
participants from 15 states registered for the casino run, and more than 4,500
motorcycles were in the parade. "Not only does this event raise a
significant dollar to make wishes come true for ill children, but it also
positively showcases Sioux Falls' hospitality and generous nature of local
businesses and the community," said Char Roth. www.fundraising-ideas.org
