Pub Parties for the Hunfry Fundraising Events

Flint, MI -- Thirty-two Gensee County-area pubs are gearing up to raise money to help feed the hungry and benefit the Catholic Charities three soup kitchens.  The Fireplace in Fenton will have live music, food, a can drive as well as a battle of the bartenders. The following day, The Montrose Pub will have music from Stone Cold and DJ Joe Crimi, a picnic lunch, and raffles, according to a news release from Catholic Charities of Shiawassee and Genesee Counties.  The Pub Parties for the Hungry fundraising effort began in July and will continue through October. Punch cards can be picked up at any of the participating locations, supporters are welcome to come early to either pub event this weekend and get their Pub Party Raffle Card punched.  www.fundraising-ideas.org
