Cancer Support has today announced the launch of ‘Summer Lights’, a new
national fundraising event that will take place on Saturday 25 June and raise
vital funds for people affected by cancer.
A celebration of loved ones and the summer, the idea is for supporters
to hold a Summer Lights gathering, in the afternoon or evening, indoors or in
the garden. With some fairy-lights, candles or lanterns to set the scene, hosts
will invite friends and family – the people that light up their life – over for
