Pizza Fundraiser for Racer Placers Standardbred Adoption Service

Jefferson, WI - Racer Placers of Jefferson invited the community to turn out for a pizza fundraiser on Monday at The Pizza Ranch in Elkhorn.  The Pizza Ranch generously donated a portion of sales that evening to benefit Racer Placers Standardbred adoption service.  Racer Placers Inc. is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to retraining and rehoming Standardbred harness race horses whose racing careers have ended or have otherwise fallen on hard times. Horses come to the beautiful rolling hills and lush pasture of the Brattset Family Farm of Jefferson – some having been saved from slaughter kill pens from as far away as New Jersey.  www.fundraising-ideas.org
