Grandview, WA – The Grandview Chamber of Commerce will
this host a yard sale to raise funds to benefit its community functions and
events. Donations for the event, said Chamber
President Lonnie Hendrickson, are welcome. This is the second annual event of its kind.
Last year, the chamber was able to raise $500 from the event. “Our real goal is to get people
involved…through the yard sale we got a good response and community members
were able to learn more about the chamber,” said Hendrickson. The Grandview Chamber of Commerce each year
sponsors events, including Cocoa and Carols, the annual Grandview Chamber of
Commerce Awards Banquet, the Grandview Community Parade, the Grandview Car
Show, the annual Grape Stomp and the haunted house. www.fundraising-ideas.org
