programs are drawing on Rio’s charms and spirit to set the tone and theme for
Arti Gras 2015. Arti Gras 2015 will see
the Queen’s Square library branch transformed with Brazilian flair, offering
live music, food and entertainment, as well as a live auction, photo booth and
an opportunity for guests to try print making. The fundraising team and library staff, who
will be dressing the part to add to the ambiance, are challenging guests to
