Raleigh, NC
- The MOST Amazing Race is making its way back to Raleigh and this
year it’s expected to be better than ever. It’s a fundraising event that benefits The Salvation Army of Wake
County’s Community Center, which provides after school and summer camp programs
for children in need. The scavenger-hunt-like race is similar to the tv show,
“The Amazing Race”, where teams of two run around Raleigh and compete in
various challenges downtown.Over the
last four years the event has raised more than $70,000 and this year,
organizers are hoping for year another successful fundraiser. www.fundraising-ideas.org
