Tigerpalooza Fundraising Events Raise over $50k for Charity

Norman, OK- Tigerpalooza has become a Norman High School staple, but it has changed its stripes along the way. This year, the annual fundraising event moved from March to October and more events were added.   “It started as a Battle of the Bands, it was small and it wasn’t meant to be a huge fundraising event,” Ellen Melton, one of this year’s Tigerpalooza chair members, said about how the event began.  From there, the event grew to a month of fundraising directly involving around 80 students who raise thousands of dollars raised for local charities.  www.fundraising-ideas.org
