“One Night without a Home” fundraising event at Dickinson College. Safe Harbour is encouraging local families,
youth and church groups, high school students and clubs, and college students
in the Midstate to participate in this year’s event to bring awareness to the
problems of hunger and homelessness in Carlisle while raising crucial funds for
Safe Harbour programs. The event centers
on people spending a night outside on the college’s quadrangle, sleeping in
