BBQ sauce originally created by O.P. Lightsey. Lightsey later gave his secret recipe to Gary
Ulmer and Lewis Bryan. Before Bryan passed away, he gave the recipe to current
Town of Brunson Fire Chief Kenny Harrison. The recipe remains a highly guarded
secret, causing patrons to wait with anticipation for the annual barbecue
dinner, which raises funds to purchase beneficial equipment for the fire
