"Springtime in Paris" Fundraising Event

Derby, KS - The Derby Community Foundation’s fundraiser, Uncorked, is back this year with a new theme – and a few other changes.  The theme for the event is “Springtime in Paris,” and in that regard, the music, to be provided by the Blue Moon Jazz Quartet, will feature Paris Swing numbers.  Last year’s event brought in about $30,000, which the DCF uses for grants awarded twice a year, and other efforts to support the community.  Uncorked is the group’s only fundraiser, and while it brings in a sizable sum, its largest revenue source is actually from individuals.  www.fundraising-ideas.org
