(Helping Others Needing Our Resources), formerly known as Emergency Housing
Program in Middletown, continues to help people who welcome a helping hand. The
only visible change since it was established in 1974 is the increase in the
number of people needing help. HONOR's first WinterFest, which includes a
dinner and a concert to "end homelessness," will be held at the
Thomas Bull Memorial Park, in Montgomery. Tickets for two hours of snow tubing
