Bread for Life Soup Night Fundraiser

Southington, CT — Bread For Life held its annual Community Soup Night at Southington High School Wednesday. The event is the group’s biggest fundraiser of the year. Attendees were local residents who paid $6 for all the soup, bread, dessert, and beverages they could consume. The menu featured ten varieties of soup.  Frank Robinson, 78, savored a bowl of chili and one of minestrone, both of which were “very good,” he said.  Local restaurants supplied the soup and other food for the event, as well as the beverages. www.fundraising-ideas.org
