Fairbanks, AK — Fairbanks artists are a creative bunch, and 25 of them are
putting their tools to work, quite literally, at a fundraiser for the Fairbanks
Arts Association. The arts association is hosting its fall fundraiser —
Charlie’s Party for the Arts — in the Bear Gallery in the Alaska Centennial
Center for the Arts in Pioneer Park during which artists will display their
works, made this year of 1/4 turn valves donated by Samson’s Hardware (last
year it was chopsticks). The evening features refreshments, live music and an
auction of the original art.
