- Heart of Niagara Animal Rescue's second annual "Heart to Heart"
fundraising event, "A Taste of The Niagara Region," will take place at
the First Presbyterian Church. This family-friendly community event will
feature more than 20 of the area's favorite restaurants, which will share
samples of signature appetizers, main course items and desserts. Guests will
vote on their favorite dish at the event and then name "The Best of The
Taste of the Niagara Region." There will be a basket raffle drawings with
more than 100 items, plus major prize drawings. Attendees need not be present
to win. The fundraiser has free parking. The church is handicap-accessible. Tickets are $20 per person. The event is a
main fundraiser to help HON continue its work of rescuing animals in need and
