Stockton, England - Butterwick Hospice is hoping its supporters will dive into its next fundraising challenge and swim the distance from the Tees Barrage in Stockton to their favorite local landmark. Running from January 6 to March 30, participants are being encouraged to take to their local swimming pools to swim 4.5 miles (distance to the Riverside Stadium), 8.5 miles (Yarm Bridge) or 10.25 miles (Tees Mouth). www.fundraising-ideas.org
