Coats Seniors Put Some Soul In It at Fundraising Event

Coats, NC - Seniors in Coats proved you are never too old to have fun by hosting the Burlap & Lace fundraising event. It was an evening of fun, fellowship and all for a great cause — to raise money for the Coats Senior Center.  The center was the place to be in Coats Friday night. Residents packed into the center for an evening of downhome fun while enjoying a delicious meal.  Melody McGee, executive director of the senior center, said the seniors wanted to have a different kind of fall fundraising event and came up with Burlap & Lace.  www.fundraising-ideas.org
