Valencia, PA - A
rare close look at some birds of prey will be offered during a Fall Migration
Festival at Wildbird Recovery in Valencia, Butler County.
Set for noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, the sixth annual
fundraising event will feature programs with the wild bird rehabilitation
center's education birds, including owls, crows, red-tailed hawks, a pigeon and
an American kestrel.
Also planned are
presentations on bats, Monarch butterflies and bird habitat conservation, as
well as chainsaw carving demonstrations and tours of the 14-acre farmland
property.
