(Volunteers Improving Neighborhood Environments, Inc.) has partnered
with Laveggio Roasteria for a creative fundraiser, asking local
artists to create artwork or functional items to be auctioned. The
challenge will be to create those items using recycled burlap coffee bags. In previous years, submissions have included
handbags, paintings and furniture, according to a press release. VINES is a
non-profit organization created in 2007 to build and sustain community gardens
