Historic Log Village is run by the Crosslake Area Historical Society. The
village is a favorite attraction for visitors from Minnesota, other states and
beyond. This village operates without government funding, and the
board is proud of that fact. The society has relied on the donations from
benefactors, fundraisers and memberships to provide the capital necessary to
maintain the village. The society is planning a major fundraising event that
