Stevens Point, WI — The group trying to renovate downtown's Fox Theater is inviting
community members to a fundraising concert Tuesday featuring local band Art
Stevenson & High Water. Fox Theater
Board President Greg Wright said the concert will serve as an opportunity to
raise money for the project, as well as celebrate the partnerships the Fox
Theater has been forming with local groups such as the University of
Wisconsin-Stevens Point. The concert also will be an opportunity for
people to purchase Fox Theater T-shirts or pre-order a calendar promoting the
Mid-State Sisters of Skate. Proceeds from the calendar, featuring photos taken
by Hartman, will benefit the Fox Theater, as well. www.fundraising-ideas.org
