Beckley Chapter of Ducks Unlimited will have its annual fundraising dinner at
the Mountaineer Conference Center. Local Ducks Unlimited fundraising events
throughout the country last year contributed toward the national effort to
raise $175 million. Chairman Richard
Rawlins said it is important that efforts continue and funds are available to
improve the wetlands conservation that Ducks Unlimited initiated in 1937. The
Beckley Chapter has been a leader in fundraising throughout West Virginia for
