High School Comes Up with Creative way to Fundraise for Project Graduation

Farmington, MO - The seniors at Farmington High School have found a unique way of fundraising while having some fun at the same time.  For $25, a senior could buy the right to paint a design, a picture, a mural or something they thought reflected their own personality on their parking spot. The asphalt of the senior parking lot became a blank canvas for them.  “We thought this was pretty cool way of helping raise money for prom and project graduation,” said Kelsey Krause, senior class president who helped spearhead the project. “Since the school will be tearing up the parking lot soon for the new gym, this was the perfect time.”  www.fundraising-ideas.org
