Rock n Roll Themed Fundraising Activities at Elementary School

Titusville, PA - A week of fundraising activities kept Pleasantville Elementary students rocking around the clock for a charitable cause.  Students and teachers not only participated in rock and roll-themed events, but also raised $1,700 for Relay for Life.  This year’s theme of rock and roll inspired events, including a popular dime drive, called “Put Another Dime in the Jukebox.” Empty water bottles were put into classrooms. Students were able to put dimes in the “jukebox” — the bottles — as a fundraiser. Pleasantville Elementary students and staff had completely filled seven water bottles, totaling $700 in funds raised.  www.fundraising-ideas.org
