Fundraiser to Help Keep Swimming Complex Open

Quincy, IL - Fundraising has already generated more than half of the $20,000 needed to keep the Jackson-Lincoln Swimming Complex open for the rest of the season. Two additional fundraisers scheduled will help move the effort close to the final figure. The two upcoming fundraisers are a community event at the pool and a jazz cruise on the Mississippi River. The "Unity in the Community Festival" will held at the swimming complex. The jazz cruise will be on the Mark Twain Riverboat with music by Ben Bumbry and the Messengers, featuring Barbara Holiday.  www,fundraising-ideas.org
