Spring Fling Fundraiser

Ahwatukee, AZ - Horizon Community Learning Center will be hosting its annual Spring Fling tonight, offering a fun-filled evening for its school families and the entire Ahwatukee community. During the festival, there will be multiple “carnival-themed” attractions ranging from a zip line, bounce houses to a dunk tank. School officials are estimating about 1,500 to 2,000 people will attend, and that the event should gross $30,000. Concession stands will be scattered throughout the Spring Fling, which will be managed by different school clubs. Proceeds generated by the different booths will go directly toward those clubs, athletics and committees for any additional amenities they will need throughout the remainder and upcoming school year.
