fundraiser will be held at Memorial Park on Tuesday to help support the family
of a terminally ill boy. Activities will include a bike, walk and run event as
well as softball. The fundraiser is benefiting the family of Javan Welfing, a
six-year-old who has a brain tumour. His dad is a Tsawwassen-based employee of
B.C. Ferries. There will also be kids’ activities, donated prizes, raffles, a
