-- This week, Mountain Brook Junior High students are busy prepping their
running shoes to take part in Sunday's kickball tournament and fundraising event benefiting the Alabama Chapter of
The National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Over the summer, eighth and ninth
grade students have been encouraged and challenged to surpass the $11,000
fundraising total raised by last year's 98 participants. Like they did last
year, participants will be encouraged to raise money through bake sales,
lemonade stands, raffles and letter writing campaigns leading up to Sunday's
