Lake Norman Wildlife Conservationists’ Oyster and Shrimp Festival’s Fundraiser

Mooresville, NC - Prepare to put those shucking skills to the test. It’s almost time for the Lake Norman Wildlife Conservationists’ Oyster and Shrimp Festival’s 10th anniversary fundraising celebration.   The event will be at LangTree Lake Norman.  During the event, LNWC will be celebrating a decade of accomplishments that have had a positive impact on wildlife and the environment in the Lake Norman area. Some 600 people attended the event last year, raising approximately $30,000 for LNWC. Wilson hopes this year’s event will entice just as many to attend, with the goal of raising at least $40,000.  www.fundraising-ideas.org
