Wonder’s first Bourbon and Bowties fundraiser brought in more than $28,000 for
the proposed children’s discovery center, event chairman Cole Tomberlain said
Friday. “We had limited seating of 200 tickets, and we did sell out for the
event,” Tomberlain said. “For a first-year event we were extremely excited to
sell out. That was one of our goals going into this. We wanted to have a
specific number of seats, and we wanted to sell out, so next year, people would
