Local Celebrities and Business Leaders Get "Locked-Up" at Fundraiser

New Bern, NC - Business and community leaders from eastern North Carolina, including NewsChannel 12's Anna Bulszewicz, were "locked up" Wednesday while they raised money for "bail" at the Muscular Dystrophy Association's Lock-Up fundraising event in Craven County.  Money raised will help fund research for treatments of muscular dystrophy, ALS and related muscle-debilitating diseases that take away physical strength and mobility. During the event, participants were locked up for one hour as they attempted to raise donations by asking their friends, family and colleagues to contribute to MDA's life-saving mission.  www.fundraising-ideas.org
