Achievement Academy will host its third annual Top Chef of Polk County fundraising
event April 10 at the Lakeland Center to raise money for programs and therapies
for children. The event is a
multicourse, fine-dining experience that spotlights up to a dozen Polk chefs,
who prepare their own menus tableside with accompanying wines or libations that
complement the flavors of each course. An
expert panel will judge the chefs and present awards including best in
appetizer, entree and dessert, and the top title of Top Chef of Polk County
