SWIS Club (Strong Women Impacting Society) of Ithaca High School will host
“HerStory,” a creative twist on a classic soiree, as a fundraiser Saturday for
the Advocacy Center. The program features guest speakers such as renowned
Cornell professor Joan Brumberg, author of “The Body Project” and a force in
the feminist community for decades. The program will also include stories and
performances by local high school students and community members, desserts and
