Boy Fighting Crohn's Disease's Family Holding Fundraising Event

New Bremen, NY — The family of a Castorland boy fighting Crohn’s disease is planning a bake sale and fun day to raise money to help find a cure.  The fundraising event will be held Saturday at the home of Levi’s grandparents, Richard and Linda Bush.  Along with a bake sale, the event will feature raffles, children’s games, a goat petting area, lunch and other activities.  Levi, along with family and friends, plans to participate as “Team Henry” — the nickname Levi’s grandfather has used for him since birth — in the Utica Take Steps for Crohn’s and Colitis walk Sept. 27.  Proceeds from both events will go to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America.  www.fundraising-ideas.org
