Salem, MA - The
new year got off to a fresh and frosty start Friday morning at Salem’s
Riverfront Park, as scads of participants stepped lively at the annual
CrossWalk fundraising event. Under azure
skies and squint-tastic sunshine, supporters of the cause (aiding victims of
crime in Marion County) completed the 1.5-mile stroll along the Willamette
riverfront. Along the fun and exercise
were canines of all breeds and dispositions, and a few hearty (and bundled up)
