founded by three like-minded women, Resthaven Horse Rescue is preparing to
introduce itself to a much larger audience with its first fundraising event,
slated for Feb. 6 at the Grand Event Center in Northfield. The event, sponsored by Farmers Mill and
Elevator in Castle Rock, includes live entertainment, a raffle and silent
auction. One of the group’s co-founders,
Kat Rohl, said the rescue was established to save horses from the Cannon Falls
