Dartmouth, MA - The Humane Society & Shelter –
SouthCoast will be the beneficiary of an art exhibit and sale hosted by Art on
Center in Fairhaven. The money raised
will directly support the operating expenses of the shelter. Creative folks are encouraged to participate
in this unique fundraiser in one or more ways: produce or contribute a work of
art, attend and purchase a work of art, or donate pet food and other items
needed by the Humane Society. Art on
Center will provide each artist with an 8-by-8-inch canvas to create a wall of
art for the exhibit from 1 to 4 p.m. June 4. For these works no entry fee is
required and 100 percent of the proceeds from the sale will be donated directly
