Masked Fundraisers Give Relay for Life 2017 a Jump Start

Clarence Valley, Australia - The 2017 Lower Clarence Relay for Life fundraising campaign has received a $7500 boost with the successful staging of the Masked Ball on Saturday night.  A crowd of 100 people in disguise attended the glamorous event at the Yamba Golf and Country Club.   Event co-ordinator Lorraine Breust said it provided the ideal start for the committee's fundraising campaign with ticket sales, raffles and auctions generating $7650.   "People went to extraordinary efforts to source a fabulous array of masks and it all contributed to a very colourful evening," Ms Breust said. www.fundraising-ideas.org
