Maui, HI - The
Lahaina Arts Society will begin celebrating 49 years of supporting Maui’s
artist community this week while also fundraising for its charity that provides
creative arts experiences to youth. The
nonprofit LAS will hold “Art in the Park”
Saturday under the Lahaina Banyan Tree. The event will feature live
music, face-painting, a tie-dye workshop, birthday cake and more. Among the
entertainment lineup are musicians Andrew Molina and Max Angel, along with
