Gore Bay, ON—There
was a lot of jumping going on at Charles C. McLean Elementary School in Gore
Bay last Friday. Grade 3-6 students at
the school had been gearing up for the past few weeks for their participation
in the Jump Rope For Heart fundraising event to get in shape and raise funds
for the Heart and Stroke Foundation. The funds raised by the
students from the Jump Rope for Heart event go to the Heart and Stroke
Foundation. The 45 students raised a total of $4,475.59. www.fundraising-ideas.org
