Astronaut Chris Hadfield Keynote Speaker at Fundraising Gala

Sarnia, ON (Canada) - Chris Hadfield is making an appearance at a Sarnia fundraiser this fall.  The retired Canadian astronaut and Sarnia native is speaking with hundreds of local school children, and is also a keynote speaker at a $250-a-ticket “The Sky is Not the Limit” fundraising gala for the Bluewater Health Foundation. Proceeds from the event will go to the foundation’s $2.8-million MRI campaign.  "We're thrilled and honored that we're the first fundraising event that he's going to be a part of in our community," said Kathy Alexander, executive director of the Bluewater Health Foundation.
