Fundraiser puts its mark on Northeastern school district

Manchester, PA: The Northeastern High School cheerleaders have revived a Bobcat paw painting fundraiser to help fund the cheerleading competition teams. And they hope to wind up traveling around the community, painting Bobcat paws on driveways throughout the Northeastern School Distract. For $10 per paw, Northeastern cheerleaders will visit a resident's home to paint orange paw prints on their driveway to support Bobcat pride for Northeastern High School. The cheerleaders use a Bobcat paw template, then use orange traffic paint for the paw. The paint job lasts for a couple months. The process takes about 10-15 minutes. Money raised will help cover the cost of the district's cheerleading competition team. A cheerleader must cheer for a school sport in order to be on a cheer competition team.  www.fundraising-ideas.org
