DJ to spend 48 Hours on Legion Rooftop as Fundraiser

Grande Prairie, Alberta (Canada) - When Steve Pyrcz said he wanted a unique and creative idea for a fundraiser to help raise money for needed roof repairs to the Legion, he may have gotten more than he bargained for. As part of a weekend-long fundraising event, Free FM’s JC Coutts will be camping out on the lower portion of the Legion’s roof, broadcasting live throughout the entire 48 hours. Throughout the weekend, Coutts will be unable to leave his post on the roof. To make things a little easier on the radio morning show host, he will have access to the Internet and even Netflix.
