Brave "Soles" Required for Fundraising Event

Newcastle, England - Charity Maggie’s is organizing another Fire Walk fundraiser to help raise funds for its center in Newcastle which supports people with cancer and their family and friends. The walk will see brave participants walk over coals that have reached a temperature of 1200°F at the Cobalt Business Park.  Claire Surrey was one of more than 50 who took part in the challenge last year and has already signed up to take part again this year. She said: “It was a very well organized event, and was good fun and a great atmosphere. It’s a brilliant way to raise money for Maggie’s.”  www.fundraising-ideas.org
